MICROWAVE: Remove outer sleeve from tray. Puncture inner pouch and leave in tray. Heat on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until product is heated thoroughly. Remove from microwave and let stand for 1 minute. Carefully open pouch and empty product into a serving dish.
Caution: Tray and product will be hot. Cooking times vary with microwave wattage; stated time is for a 1100 watt oven. Adjust cooking times accordingly.
OVEN: (Do not use tray in the oven) Pre-heat oven to 350ºF. Remove outer sleeve and tray. Open inner pouch and empty product into an oven-safe pan. Cover pan with foil. Place pan in the oven and heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until the product is heated thoroughly. Let stand for 1 minute and serve.
Caution: Pan and product will be hot.
FROZEN: Product may be frozen. To defrost place in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. Then follow heating instructions above.
Use product within 3 days of defrost.
