MICROWAVE (Per 1100 W Microwave Oven) Remove outer sleeve from tray. Puncture inner pouch and leave in tray. Heat on high for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes (or until heated thoroughly). Remove carefully from microwave. Let stand for 1 minute, open pouch and empty product into your serving dish. CAUTION: PRODUCT WILL BE HOT
OVEN: (Do not use tray in the oven) Pre-heat oven to 350º F. Remove outer sleeve and tray. Open inner pouch and empty product into your oven-safe pan. Cover the pan with foil and place the pan in the oven. Heat for 12 to 15 minutes (or until the product is heated thoroughly). Remove pan from the oven and carefully remove foil. Let stand for 1 minute and serve. CAUTION: PRODUCT AND PAN WILL BE HOT
FROZEN: Product may be frozen. To defrost place in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. Then follow the heating instructions above.
Use product within 3 days of defrost.
